Hello everyone,

My name is Tasha, my husband's name is Rex.  I am from Moorestown, NJ and Rex is from Monrovia, Liberia. Rex settled in Maryland with his family when he first came to the United States in 2006 and was working in DC. I was pursuing an M.S. in Atmospheric Sciences at Howard University (which I obtained on May 10, 2014). We met randomly one day in September 2011 in Takoma Park, Maryland and instantly we connected.

After our wedding

We decided to start the blog, to share information on our life's journey, with family and friends. We got married in September 2012 and we welcomed our beautiful daughter, May in December 2012.  In July 2015 we welcomed our second daughter, Nia.  We're so happy about our upcoming adventures together. I also like sharing product reviews as well. I'll update the blog fairly regularly.
